The story of “Il Panino di Bob” has roots… on wheels! Everything started with a colorful food truck full of passion, traveling to fairs and events, bringing Bob’s first sandwiches around. It was an incredible adventure, made of miles, smiles, and many sandwiches made in the open air. And from that small food truck, with so much effort and your enthusiasm, the sandwich shop you know today was born. A journey that makes us proud and reminds us every day of our genuine origins and the desire to bring the goodness of sandwiches to everyone!

The food truck wasn’t just a means of transportation, but a real traveling stage, a meeting and exchange place. Each stop was an opportunity to create new connections, to listen to stories and to share the joy of good food. Bob fondly remembers the long working days, the laughter with customers, the advice and suggestions that helped him grow and improve. The aroma of freshly baked sandwiches mixed with the crisp air of the fairs, creating a magical and unforgettable atmosphere. Many of the customers who today frequent the sandwich shop tasted Bob’s first sandwiches and his piadinas right there, among the stalls and colors of the markets, and have enthusiastically followed his evolution, becoming an integral part of his story.
